Our owner Andrea’s long experience of hosting cycle enthusiasts, together with his own passion for cycling, has enabled the Hotel Gran Ander to offer specific facilities for those who love to pedal.   • Bike storage

    Our Hotel has a specially designed garage for bikes, equipped with racks with a magnetic card lock to park your bike.

  • Cleaning and servicing

    We have a work bench available for our biker guests, equipped with all the tools to service your bike. Here you’ll find repair kits, work racks, a pump, lubricants and a special space to clean your bike.

  • Laundry service

    On request, you can use the daily laundry to wash your sports gear and biking clothes and a room with a shoe dryer and clothes lines to hang your clothes.

  • GPS devices

    On request, we can hire GPS devices with the trails we recommend already uploaded.

  • Biking holiday dietary requirements

    Our kitchen in the Hotel Gran Ander can offer menus studied specifically for those spending their holiday on bikes in Alta Badia.

  • Information material

    Information material for you to make the most of your holiday on two wheels, cycling magazines and maps with mountain bike and road bike trails. And of course we are always available to give useful advice on how to plan your bike trips in the Dolomites.

  • Guided bike tours

    If you prefer a guided bike tour, our hotel can organise it on request in collaboration with Holimites. The best way to follow the bike trails and discover the hidden corners of paradise.

  • Shuttle service

    Our shuttle is always available to transport your bikes to reach your departure point or to pick you up after your tour.

  • Bike hire

    You will be able to hire your bikes from our hotel, where you will also find energy bars and water bottles. If you are looking for a specialised shop to hire a bike and cycle equipment, we recommend Bike Top in Badia.

  • Cycling events

    There are many cycling events held every year by Alta Badia and Val Badia: the Börz-Plose Bike Day, the Sella Ronda Bike Day and the famous Maratona dles Dolomites for road enthusiasts, whereas if you prefer the mountain bike, there’s the Sellaronda Bike Hero.
