Andrea was brought up among the pots and pans in the kitchen. He gets his culinary genius from his grandparents and his father, has travelled the world and he’s now blessing the Gran Ander with all he’s learnt, serving one delicious morsel after the other.

He’s always smiling, loves bees, has a green thumb and, if you can’t find him at the hotel, that means he’s gone to the Gardenaccia, his favourite place, to find inspiration and some peace and quiet.
