Evelin is the queen of the Gran Ander’s wine cellar, one she tends to as though it were a garden. A garden where beautiful, liquid flowers bloom, which she plucks and serves to our guests with aplomb. It comes as easy as breathing to her. When she’s not recommending the best wine to our guests, you'll find her donning her interior designer hat - she's in charge of decorating tables, windowsills, and the communal areas with flowers, candles, and beautiful, classy trinkets.

She has a keen eye for detail and wants the hotel to be beautiful for everyone. And,when she finally has a moment to relax, she'll go on bike rides in summer or ski in winter. Her favourite location is the Fodara, where she spent many a happy childhood summer. If you don’t know where it is, just ask her. It’s well worth a visit.
